Frequently asked questions
What is Tavea?
A tool that analyzes short videos from their link. It scores the hook from 0 to 100, shows the video timeline with the stretch most likely to lose people and writes scripts for your next video: 1 per analysis on the free plan, 3 on paid plans.
Which platforms work?
Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, as long as the video is public. On paid plans you can also upload the file of a video you haven't published yet.
Do I need to connect my account?
No. Tavea only needs the video link.
Can I analyze someone else's video?
Yes, as long as it's public. It's one of the most useful ways to use it: finding out why a video you admire worked.
How long does it take?
About 1 minute per video, a little longer when the queue is full.
How is the hook score calculated?
The score adds up 7 components, including the first word, the first cut, the on-screen text and the hook type. Each one is shown separately, so you know where you lost points.
Does Tavea know my video's real retention?
No. Real retention only shows up in your account's analytics. Tavea estimates the point of highest drop-off risk from the content of the video: speech, cuts, text and pacing.
What languages does it work in?
The interface is in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and the analysis comes out in your account's language.
Is it free?
Your first 2 analyses are free, no card needed, with 1 script each. After that, plans start at $9 a month, with 3 scripts per analysis.
Does Tavea post or edit my videos?
No. It only analyzes and suggests scripts. Shooting and posting stay with you.
How do I reach support?
By email only: rodrigo@kntria.com.
